bulletMaintain a 20 year lease with the City of Amsterdam to operate and manage Riverlink Park.
 
bulletRequest the Amsterdam City Mayor to appoint a representative to the Amsterdam Waterfront Foundation Board of Directors – Ex Officio position.
 
bulletThe Amsterdam Waterfront Foundation will retain a restaurant operator for the Riverlink Café and associated facilities.
 
bulletThe Amsterdam Waterfront Foundation will continue to maintain the Riverlink Café building, docks and tent. Request the City of Amsterdam continue mowing general lawn area.
 
bulletThe Amsterdam Waterfront Foundation will continue to manage docking program. Request the City of Amsterdam to continue to install and remove docks seasonally.
 
bulletRequest Amsterdam City Mayor to appoint a representative to Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation Brownfield Remediation Team to address the remediation of the Phase 2 of Riverlink Park. This is a coordination only role.

 

bulletCoordinate and promote the use of the Amsterdam Waterfront Area to area residents, visitors and business.
